Professional Speaker
Gallup Certified Strengths Coach
Certified Action Learning Coach
Lecturer

I’m a professional speaker, executive coach, lecturer, and host of The Serene View series of online panel discussions.

For the past 20 years, I’ve been helping organisations, teams, and people develop and fulfil their highest potential.  For me, my job is to create a space where people can see themselves and their current situations clearly for what it is, envision the highest future possibilities that can evolved from this current reality, and locate the areas of greatest leverage to start them on that future.  To do that, I use a whole gamut of tools.  I coach using a strengths-based and action-learning approach, I lecture on handling intractable problems, I facilitate teams out of their quagmires, and I speak on the future of possibilities.

My clients include organisations big and small, such as Agility, Boston Scientific, Celanese, Citibank, Ernst & Young, GE, Government of Singapore, KPMG, Line Corporation, Ogilvy, Olympus, Pentair, Prudential, Singapore Airlines, Singapore Telecoms, and Veolia.

As a professional member of Asia Professional Speakers Singapore, I have spoken in seven countries in three languages and dialects.
